- Zen Walk preparation: The Zen Walk takes place in our private Cedar Forest, full of life and buzzing with vibrant energy, offering a quiet and refreshing space exclusively for our retreat
Silent Retreat Begins:10:45 AM – Yoga for anxiety & panic attacks + lymphatic drainage prep
11:45 AM – Meditation & deep observation in the forest
12:30 PM – Silent meditation by the fire + nourishing farm-to-table lunch
1:30 PM – Zen Walk: Moving meditation in nature
2:30 PM – Contemplative meditation: Stillness & insight
3:30 PM – Steam Purification with Steam Master
