A deeply spiritual 7-day experience to clear your mind, rest your soul, and come back home to yourself
About this Retreat
Imagine a place where the mind finally stops racing, where you don’t have to make decisions or be anyone for anyone. Just silence, ocean waves, tropical wind, and your own breath.
This is a unique retreat designed for burnt-out professionals, entrepreneurs, and seekers — those who need more than a vacation. You need a real reset.
Led by Jane Kabarguina, a highly qualified yoga specialist with advanced training in psychosomatics, neurology, and monastery-based practices, this retreat gives you more than relaxation — it gives you transformation.
With over 500 retreats and 300 workshops led in the last 12 years, Jane’s methods have helped people withdraw forgive, heal, and reclaim their joy — even when therapy couldn’t.
Is This Retreat for You?
This retreat is for you if:- Your brain never stops — even at night
- You’re emotionally tired, even after vacation
- You’ve lost your spark and can’t see possibilities clearly
- You crave deep peace, nature, and silence
- You want to come back to yourself — refreshed, focused, and fully alive
Core Transformation
This is not a vacation. This is deep healing for the mind.
Guests report that in just one day of retreat, they feel more rested than after a week on the beach. They stop overthinking. Their minds become quiet. Forgiveness comes. Business decisions become simple again.
This is your time to reset your nervous system, let go of mental noise, and return to your life with clarity, energy, and inner peace.
Location
Paradisus Los Cayos, Santa Maria, Cuba is a secluded all-inclusive eco-luxury resort on a pristine beach, surrounded by nature and peaceful silence.

This is not just a vacation. It’s a return — to clarity, to inner peace, and to the you who’s been buried under layers of stress, noise, and never-ending thoughts.

Your Retreat Guide: Jane Kabarguina
Jane Kabarguina is a master-level yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), internationally recognized for her deeply transformative retreats and therapeutic approach to the body and mind. With over 500 retreats led across Canada the past 12 years, she is a trusted guide for those seeking more than just rest — but true inner renewal.
Jane path blends the wisdom of ancient yogic traditions with modern science. Trained in yoga, neuroscience, and psychosomatics, she helps people heal not just through movement, but through the nervous system, breath, and deep inner awareness. Her work is known to unlock emotional and physical patterns stored in the body — whether it’s burnout, chronic stress, or the deeper roots of disconnection.
Her teaching is both intuitive and rooted in evidence-based technique. She weaves together dynamic meditations, subtle breathwork, Kaizen psychosomatic writing, ancient movement practices, and her signature “Imagery Soaring” — a rare meditative experience that awakens clarity and calm in even the busiest of minds.
Participants often say that a day with her feels more restful than a week on a beach — and that after working with her, long-held emotional tension finally melts away. Whether you’re a professional exhausted by overthinking, or a spiritual seeker longing to come home to yourself, Snejana meets you exactly where you are, with presence, precision, and compassion.
This retreat in Cuba is more than a getaway. With Snejana as your guide, it becomes a soulful reawakening, a time to soften, reset your internal rhythm, and remember what truly matters — in your body, in your breath, and in your life.
