One Day Retreat “Silent Renewal: Forest Retreat with Steam Purification”

If you have stress in your life that impacts you negatively, experience anxiety or depression, have difficulty concentrating or focusing, struggle with self-motivation, or are looking to expand your consciousness or reach great states of spirituality, our weekend of silence and steam purification can help you.

During this experiential and immersive silent retreat, you will learn how our breath is intended to work and how modern stressors can impact it. Watch your own mind changing from stress mode to harmony and happiness. Watch your mind dropping worries and fear and transforming into an idea generator.

Indulge in the soothing practice of steam purification performed by Master of Steam Purifying Techniques. Engage in group sessions to explore the collective benefits of steam therapy, and enjoy personalized treatments tailored to your individual needs, promoting relaxation and detoxification.

Day 1

  • 10 am – Arrival, introduction, registration. Walk around to find the place for your Meditation space. Preparation of the sticks for Zen Walk
  • 10:45 am – Yoga for anxiety and Panic attacks plus preparation for lymph drainage
  • 11:45 am –  Meditation Observation in the forest
  • 12:30 pm – Silent Meditation at the fire, following simple lunch with dessert from local farms
  • 1:30  pm – Zen Walk in the forest
  • 2:30 pm – Meditation Contemplating
  • 3:30 pm – Preparation for Group Steam Receiving practice with Steam Master and transitioning into the practice
  • 5 pm – Departure
  • SLEEP in your own bed at the comfort of your own home

Retreat – Volunteer Duties 

Please, come an hour before retreat. 

  • Make sure it is clean from sticks and branches
  • Clean the tables
  • Put mattresses on outside furniture
  • Create bouquets
  • Rehearse where to walk the participants with eyes closed for Blind Zen Walk 

Fire duties:  

  • ensure that fire pit is clean and you have enough wood to burn through the 7 hours retreat 
  • Make sure that you know how to work with the kettle
  • Make sure that you have enough herbs to make tea
  • As soon as you pour the tea to a participant add more boiling water to a kettle
  • Fresh herbal tea has to be boiled 3-5 times 

Chakra tipi:

  •  Make sure that it is beautiful 
  •  Stones are in place and usable
  • Materials are on top of the roof
