Remarkable Recovery from L4-L5 Disc Herniation 15mm in May 2025 my daughter got diagnosed with 15mm Hernia. The pain and limitations were overwhelming, and daily activities became incredibly difficult. It was a stressful and uncertain time. Me as a mother I tried everything, all the doctors, all the test and nothing was working, I found Jane from Hidden Forest, and I though why not try, Jane's way to bring my daughter to live is unremarkable, her support was unbelievable, all we had to do is to commit. My daughter went from not able to do anything, to go full time waitressing, and snowboarding this year, we did an MRI recently and the results came the size of the disc herniation has significantly decreased, the L4-L5, there is a mild diffuse disc bulge with a small residual, the nerve compression seen before is no longer described. If anyone is facing a similar L4–L5 disc herniation, know that meaningful recovery is absolutely possible with the right care and commitment. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this path to anyone struggling with a disc injuryPosted on Google DioTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely incredibly genius healer!!! Thank you for helping stubborn humans!!! ❤️Posted on Google Mark BekmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In 2024, I suffered a disc fragment injury at the L4–L5 level, which compressed my sciatic nerve. As a result, the nerve was essentially non-functional, and I developed foot drop. I was advised to contact Snezhana — and that decision changed everything. From the very beginning of our work together, I started noticing real improvement. Through the personalized rehabilitation program she designed specifically for me, I gradually began to feel and activate muscles in my leg that had previously felt completely “dead.” Today, I am walking without a cane. Her expertise, dedication, and individualized approach made what once felt impossible become reality. I am deeply grateful for the progress I’ve achieved under her guidance.Posted on Google ardy minaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I woke up one morning with severe sciatica pain and couldn’t even stand on my foot. The pain was unbearable — I couldn’t walk, drive, or do anything on my own. My wife brought me to Jane, and I’m so grateful she did. Jane did a thorough assessment and immediately started treatment. After just the first session, I felt like a completely different person. The pain eased significantly, and I was able to walk again. I continued with a few more treatments and followed the exercises Jane created specifically for me. Before long, the pain was completely gone. Now I’m back to my normal daily activities — walking, moving comfortably, and even playing with my grandchildren again. Jane truly gave me my mobility and quality of life back. Highly recommend her to anyone dealing with sciatica or any kind of pain.Posted on Google Angelika BekmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jane is a very good and attentive specialist. She helped me relieve pain in my back and shoulder. We worked together for several months, and during that time I saw significant progress — the pain noticeably decreased, my movements became more free, and my overall well-being improved. Jane carefully selects the exercises and pays close attention to proper technique. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and caring professional.Posted on Google Kosta RudskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I traveled to Canada to visit a close friend. After an 11-hour flight, I began noticing something unusual — my hands were going numb, especially at night. I stay physically active and train regularly, so I didn’t expect something like this. To be honest, I had always been skeptical about yoga. My friend has been training with Jane from Hidden Forest studio for a long time and invited me to join one of her sessions. That decision changed my perspective on yoga completely. From the very first meeting, Jane carefully assessed my condition and immediately identified issues in my hip joints as well as both my lower and upper back. She provided an individual consultation and designed a personalized session tailored exactly to my needs. The results were immediate. The numbness in my hands during sleep stopped, and my sleep became steady and uninterrupted. What impressed me most is that the exercises she recommended are simple and practical. I now dedicate just 5–10 minutes a day to them, and the impact has been remarkable. My body is genuinely grateful to Janne for her professionalism, positive energy, attention, and care. She has not only improved my physical condition but also completely transformed my attitude toward yoga. Thank you, Jane. I’m a guitar player and recently switched to a new tuning that required a completely different posture and muscle movements. I was practicing a ton, and eventually, my left elbow just gave out. The pain got so bad I couldn't sleep at night. I originally went to a regular doctor, but it was a waste of time. They just handed me some painkillers and cream and sent me on my way. I dealt with that for a year with zero real progress. I finally reached out to Snezhana when I was feeling pretty desperate. She started me on some exercises that honestly seemed a bit "out there" at first—I wasn't sure they’d actually help. But I stuck with it every day because I had nothing to lose. Fast forward: there are no magic fixes, but after two months I felt a huge difference, and by month three, the pain was totally gone. It’s been years now and I’m still pain-free. If you’re struggling and nothing else is working, definitely give her a try. Feel free to ask me any questions if you're on the fence!Posted on Google Natasha KTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came to Jane to work on the issue that official medicine didn' t give me acceptable treatment options for - hip arthritis. My family physician suggested injections and eventual surgery. I knew that I could do better. Jane assessed me and said that anything is possible, we can work on joint's mobility and strength. I can live without pain! The only condition was - commitment and practice. Daily practice! And that's what I did, with Jane's enormous encouragement and support. She was my biggest fan! After myself, of course! :) During the whole process, I felt supported, understood, loved. ( Love is her secret ingredient. :) ) Day after day, I kept noticing small improvements in the range of motion . Pain started disappearing, functionality started improving. Jane is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive , she can see why the body moves certain way and where the disfunction is hiding. Training with her is like being on the edge of impossible. And... one has to be prepared to work hard and to be open to learning new things. And to trust the process, to trust that you are in good hands. 2 years later now since we started - I am pain-free, I continue to lead physically active life, I am hiking, dancing, swimming. The most important thing is I know I can do anything I put my mind to. To people considering working with Jane - go for it! Healing people is her gift. We are lucky to have her in Canada. And - be determined and do your homework. Then, you will achieve your goals.Posted on Google Lana PitlevanyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After my spinal surgery, recovery was a long and challenging journey. But by my side was a person who helped me believe in my own strength again — my coach, Jane. From the very first session, I felt I was with a true professional — attentive, sensitive, and deeply understanding of both the human body and soul. Snezanna doesn’t just demonstrate exercises — she listens to the body. She feels where there’s pain, fear, or uncertainty… and gently, step by step, helps bring back strength, flexibility, and confidence in movement. Thanks to Snezanna, I not only recovered after the surgery but also felt my body come alive again — lightness and joy of movement returned. Thank you, Jane, for your professionalism, patience, light, and the warmth of heart you share with people.
